The project construction started ten years ago. However, due to the uncertainties encountered by the time the project terminated after some construction progresses. The client has awarded the terminated project to Esubalew Dessie B.C (the Contractor) and construction was commenced ever since March 2013 E.C. In line with this, Wisdom Enterprise was awarded to execute the construction supervision, quality control, and contract administration work of the project. The project’s original contract price is ETB 29,125,099.71 including 15% VAT.
As per the original contract, the time allocated for the completion of the project was 360 calendar days.
The project revised allocated total contract time & financial amount are 781 days & ETB 45,034,528.16 including 15% VAT respectively. Currently, the project is active & on progress with an affirmatory contract time given from the client with the letter on September/ 16/2015 E.C.
The presented project laid on a site plan area of 4200 m2 and located in Faculty of Agricultural & Environmental Science, Zenzelma Campus. Specifically, the project has boundaries of office and residential buildings in the west and north direction respectively & as well it has a boundary of the main and secondary asphalt roads in south and east directions respectively.
